Dear Colleagues:
The start of a draft EOI, which includes an overview and initial budget
table, is available at
http://braidwood.uchicago.edu/private/eoi.html.
The four main funding areas are:
Civil engineering
Detector engineering
Veto R&D
Liquid Scintillator R&D.
Each of these will be discussed at tomorrow's meeting. We will
also discuss the possibility of adding some manpower to the request.
