March 12 MW reactor neutrino meeting

Our next meeting is scheduled for 9AM on March 12 at Argonne.

Topics include:
- Discussion of upcoming CalPoly and Niigata workshops
- Civil construction estimate
- Reports on MC studies, backgrounds
- sin^2 theta_W
- Plans for working document

We will distribute an agenda for the meeting next week. Please let us know
if you would like to make a presentation at the meeting.

I propose using the ESnet IP Ad-hoc bridge.
Every site that is registered with ESnet IP service
can dial 826763 at 384kps IP.

whereas 82=video switched
whereas 6763=MRNE in phone mnemonics

For those who need to connect by telephone
they may dial 1-510-883-7860
at the prompt they need to enter 826763 followed
by the # sign. LIke video, phone participants
need to mute their phones when not speaking.
